Small steps, big difference

This year’s campaign focuses on the little changes we can all make to our lives to reduce the amount of plastics that end up in our bins.

Start by cutting one single-use plastic out of your life. This could be easily done by:

  • Swapping to a refillable water bottle. Many shops, cafes and restaurants will refill them for free.

  • Bringing a reusable cup to the coffee shop if you are taking away. Some places will even give a small discount for this.

  • Using reusable food storage such as beeswax wraps, containers or reusable freezer bags.

  • Choose to buy loose fruit and vegetables and use a reusable bag.

Remember that every action counts- no matter how small!

Take the pledge today and find out more ways you can make a difference on the Plastic Free July website.
