The swap kit will have to collected and drop off from the BDR waste treatment site in Manvers, Rotherham.

Terms and conditions
In order to borrow any equipment from the swap shop kit, you must agree to the following terms:
Swap shop kit booking form must be filled in by authorised persons and returned to Biffa BDR Education team at least 2 weeks prior to event. Once returned, you will receive a confirmation email from the team if they are happy for you/your group to borrow the equipment. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received this email.
By borrowing any equipment, you are confirming that it will be stored in a safe and secure manner when not in use.
Equipment must be returned in good condition. If equipment is returned in poor condition, yourself and your group will be blacklisted for further use of equipment, community talks, workshops and giveaways hosted by Waste Less South Yorkshire.
Equipment must be returned on the agreed upon date. Any changes to this must be agreed upon by the BDR education team at least 24 hours prior to the agreed return date and time.
