Ingredients
2 slices of bread (buttered on 1 side)
A handful of grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp of mixed Italian herbs
Methods
Over medium heat, heat up a frying pan
Place bread in pan butter side down
Spread tomato puree on top of bread with knife, top with cheese and herbs
Add top slice of bread, making sure the buttered side is on the outside of the sandwich
Flip over sandwich and wait until toasted and cheese is melted.
Serve on plate and cut if half
