Ingredients
A handful of frozen berries
1 ripe banana
Handful of ice cubes
2 tbsp of yoghurt
100ml of milk
Toppings: cornflakes, cereals, nuts, strawberries, seeds, toasted coconut or fruits
Method
Put the frozen berries, banana, ice cubes and yoghurt into a blender
Blend with the milk until smooth
Pour into bowl and add the toppings
