Ingredients
1 small carrot grated
1 courgette grated
1 small onion grated
400g of pork mince
A jar of teriyaki sauce
To serve:
4 brioche buns
1 mini gem split leaves
2 tomatoes sliced
Chilli mayo
Method
In a large mixing bowl add the grated vegetables, mince and a good pinch of salt and pepper and a spoon of the teriyaki sauce.
Mix well, working the mixture.
Now form into 4 patties.
Warm a frying pan with a little oils and cook the patties 3/4 minutes either side.
Once they are cooked brush over a little more teriyaki sauce.
In the bun add a dollop of chilli mayo, lettuce, burger and tomato.
Enjoy with some slaw and a side of curly fries.
